Each of these sites is a business, who are looking for photos they can sell. Different sites have different tastes. You may find that one site seems to accept everything you throw at them, while another seems to hate everything you do. Try and understand which sites suit your style, and then concentrate your efforts on selling through them to begin with.

Pretty much all of these sites deal in dollars, but it's easy to set up a Paypal account, which all of these sites will be happy to pay into.
